The Hearing Professional Podcast is hosted by two leaders who share a passion for advancing hearing health care from different perspectives.
Alissa Parady, CAE, serves as Executive Director of the International Hearing Society, where she leads the organization's strategic vision, operations, advocacy, and member initiatives. With more than two decades of association and healthcare experience—and more than a decade with IHS—Alissa is dedicated to helping hearing health care professionals thrive through education, innovation, and strong member support.
Michael K. Andreozzi, BS, BC-HIS, is President of IHS and a lifelong Hearing Aid Specialist whose passion for the profession began in his father's hearing aid practice in Providence, Rhode Island. From printing patient newsletters as a 12-year-old to building a successful multi-office practice and serving on the IHS Board of Governors for more than a decade, Michael has spent his career helping people hear better while championing the profession through leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to innovation.
Together, Alissa and Michael bring a unique blend of association leadership, clinical experience, and industry insight to every conversation, exploring the ideas, challenges, and innovations shaping the future of hearing health care.
